1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ar999d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ar999d platform, operated under an international gaming licence, offering online cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and related gaming services.
• "Platform" means the ar999d website, mobile interface, and all associated software, content, and services accessible via ar999d.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers, or uses the ar999d Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration with ar999d.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a Player's ar999d Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ar999d subject to specific wagering and other conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit) must be staked before withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required by ar999d before processing certain transactions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the ar999d Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with ar999d's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ar999d. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ar999d Platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting ar999d customer support.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ar999d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ar999d.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ar999d Platform or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the ar999d Platform, including depositing, betting, and withdrawing funds, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) ar999d account only. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• ar999d reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• ar999d may require completion of KYC verification — including submission of a valid government-issued identity document — before processing withdrawals or upon detection of suspicious account activity.
• Account registration is subject to ar999d's internal approval process. ar999d reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

Players in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and all other Pakistani cities follow the same registration process. There is no geographic variation in eligibility requirements within Pakistan.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar999d account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your ar999d login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or customer service representatives claiming to act on behalf of ar999d. ar999d will never ask for your password.
• You must notify ar999d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account by contacting [email protected].
• ar999d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• ar999d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from within your account settings to provide an additional layer of security.

6 Deposits & Payments

ar999d accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. The following conditions govern all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the player's verification status.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account in the player's own name. ar999d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Third-party deposits will be returned to the source, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
• ar999d does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank) may apply their own charges, for which ar999d accepts no liability.
• Deposits processed via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your ar999d balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• ar999d reserves the right to reverse or cancel deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from a player's ar999d account is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in the player's own verified name. ar999d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• ar999d reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence, and proof of the payment method used — before processing a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within approximately 3 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 6–24 hours during business days.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only real-money funds constituting the withdrawable balance as displayed in the ar999d cashier are eligible for withdrawal.
• ar999d may apply withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis. Players seeking clarification on applicable limits should contact ar999d support.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

ar999d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, initial identity verification.
• Each player may claim the Welcome Bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. ar999d monitors for multi-accounting and bonus abuse; any such conduct will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• ar999d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player account and for which wagering has commenced will not be retrospectively affected by such changes.
• Certain game types (including but not limited to certain live casino tables and progressive jackpot games) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds expire if not used or fully wagered within the time period specified for each offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

9 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the ar999d Platform, including cricket betting, PSL markets, international fixtures, and other sporting events:

• All bets are accepted at ar999d's sole discretion. ar999d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event are void unless ar999d's in-play betting market for that event was open at the time the bet was accepted.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or forfeited, ar999d's settlement rules for the specific market type will apply. These rules are published in the ar999d Sports Betting Help section.
• ar999d uses official data from recognised sporting bodies and data providers to settle betting markets. Results are final once settled and may only be revised in cases of clear error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and may vary by market, event, and player account status. ar999d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• ar999d monitors betting patterns for evidence of match-fixing, advantage play, or co-ordinated betting strategies. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be suspended and relevant authorities notified where required.

10 Casino & Games

All casino and game products available on the ar999d Platform — including live dealer games, slot games, Aviator, and High Roller titles — are governed by the following conditions:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game events conducted by trained dealers. ar999d does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, ar999d reserves the right to void affected rounds and return staked amounts to the player. Where this is not technically feasible, ar999d's decision on settlement will be final.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are published by the relevant software providers and available in each game's information panel. ar999d does not guarantee any specific outcome or return percentage for individual sessions.
• Live casino minimum and maximum bet limits vary by table and are displayed within the live casino lobby. Players must ensure they comply with applicable table limits at all times.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar999d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple ar999d accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using the ar999d Platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting known or unknown platform errors are void.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ar999d Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating accounts for the sole purpose of claiming welcome bonuses, co-ordinating wagering patterns to circumvent wagering requirements, or using matched betting strategies that breach these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

ar999d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. All players are encouraged to gamble within their personal financial means and for entertainment purposes only. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ar999d account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which ar999d will automatically log the player out of their account.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a more permanent break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register during their exclusion period.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the ar999d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the intellectual property of ar999d or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ar999d Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the ar999d Platform without ar999d's prior written consent.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar999d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the ar999d Platform, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failure, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ar999d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from breach of the prohibited conduct provisions.
• Any loss resulting from a player's choice to gamble, including the loss of deposited funds through normal gambling activity.

Nothing in these Terms limits ar999d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ar999d's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ar999d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice displayed on the ar999d Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Continued use of the ar999d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar999d holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ar999d's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ar999d operates under an international gaming licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of the licensing authority. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ar999d Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
